These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the sis6s website located at sis6s.cc, including all subpages, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all registered players, guest visitors, and any individual who accesses the Platform from any device or location.

By completing the sis6s registration process, clicking any "I Accept" checkbox, or by continuing to access the Platform following publication of revised Terms, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Acceptance is a precondition to using any feature of the Platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and initiating financial transactions.

sis6s reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any revised terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the sis6s Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms that apply to individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion only.

To be eligible to register and use the sis6s Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of sis6s or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended sis6s account.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by sis6s or any other gambling platform, that remains in effect.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and at all times thereafter.

sis6s serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. sis6s makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular territory outside of its intended service area. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a sis6s account, you must complete the registration process by providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. All information provided must be accurate and current. sis6s reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any time sis6s deems it necessary — you will be required to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) by submitting copies of acceptable identification documents. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or valid driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months.

Until verification is complete, sis6s may restrict certain account functions including withdrawals, bonus eligibility, and betting limits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sis6s login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify sis6s immediately by contacting [email protected]. sis6s will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain one registered account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason for their creation. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sis6s will close all accounts except the first registered account. Any bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and winnings generated through such accounts may also be voided. sis6s reserves the right to permanently ban players who deliberately create multiple accounts.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sis6s currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. sis6s reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. Deposits are typically credited to your sis6s account within 2 minutes of successful processing. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer, and sis6s is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 2 to 4 business hours for fully verified accounts, subject to any pending wagering requirements being satisfied. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the account or that have been formally registered with sis6s. sis6s reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are published in the corresponding promotional terms. In the event of a withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are completed, sis6s reserves the right to deduct any unearned bonus funds and associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. sis6s strictly prohibits third-party deposits or withdrawals. Where a third-party payment is identified, sis6s will return the funds to their source and may suspend the account pending investigation. Players found to be using payment methods not registered in their own name may have their accounts permanently closed.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by sis6s are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active, time limits for using and wagering bonus funds, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotions page and form an integral part of these Terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

sis6s employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, exploiting technical errors or miscalculated odds, placing bets that collectively cover all or most outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hedging"), using betting strategies or software to systematically exploit promotional offers, and withdrawing before wagering requirements are genuinely met through normal play. Where bonus abuse is detected, sis6s will cancel all bonuses, void associated winnings, and may permanently suspend the account.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New players at sis6s may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the terms stated on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new registrants only. Players who have previously held a sis6s account under any name, email address, device, or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus. sis6s reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Promotional Amendments

sis6s reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-offer, sis6s will honour any wagering requirements that were already in progress at the time of cancellation. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions by email or platform notification where reasonably practicable.

6.1 General Betting Conditions

All bets placed on the sis6s platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. sis6s will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in cases of an obvious pricing error as determined in sis6s's sole discretion.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, game type, event, and market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. sis6s reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any player account without prior notice, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by sis6s under the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or abandoned and not rescheduled within 48 hours; the bet was placed on an event with an obvious and material pricing error; the outcome of the event is disputed and cannot be officially confirmed; or the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Void bets are settled at unit stake (i.e., the original stake is returned to the player's account).

6.4 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets at sis6s cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Test matches, and other domestic and international competitions. Live in-play betting markets are available for eligible matches. Cricket betting rules follow standard industry conventions unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Match result bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant cricket board.

6.5 Casino Games

Casino games available on the sis6s platform, including slots from Pragmatic Play, live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and crash games from Spribe, are governed by the individual game rules as set by the respective providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP rates are sourced directly from game providers and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns for individual sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sis6s platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Creating or using a false identity, impersonating another person, or providing deliberately inaccurate registration information.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to disguise your true geographical location.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward sis6s staff or other players.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider without first contacting sis6s support to resolve the dispute.

All content on the sis6s Platform, including but not limited to the sis6s brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of sis6s or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of sis6s.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to sis6s for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sis6s, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss or corruption of data, including betting history, account balance records, or personal information.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or market results caused by third-party data providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that later proves inaccurate or incomplete.

sis6s does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency outages may occur, and sis6s will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable. In no event shall sis6s's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Suspension by sis6s

sis6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sis6s reasonably suspects or determines that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity has been conducted through the account; the account has been used in connection with money laundering or other financial crimes; the player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification; or it is necessary to do so for regulatory compliance or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players wishing to close their sis6s account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a closure request. Prior to account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period via the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, sis6s will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded player and will decline any re-registration attempts.

sis6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the sis6s website. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — sis6s will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any change, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.2. The most recent version of these Terms is always the governing version and supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and sis6s, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication.

sis6s aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Disputes relating to specific bet settlements must be raised within 7 calendar days of the relevant event outcome being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. sis6s's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration prior to commencing any legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
